I discovered the secret to perfect pancakes - Vanilla Bean Olive Oil!!! Add 2 T to your pancake mix, and the resulting pancakes will melt in your mouth! Pancakes normally don't call for oil, but add it anyway. It's totally worth it. You can also replace the oil in waffles with vanilla olive oil to yield the same results.
