You can subscribe to this website and you will get weekly dinner meal plans complete with cooking instructions and a shopping list organized by section in the grocery store!! This has saved me so much time because everything's already planned out, and money because I'm not buying a bunch of stuff I don't end up using. If you work, I highly recommend this. Plus, they have weight watchers and low fat plans!
